I emisní povolenky jsou založené na lžích - lžích o tom, že CO2 je nebezpečný plyn, který způsobil alarmující oteplování. I metoda je stejná - podvod se podloží statistickými triky v grafech (kreativní účetnictví). V globálních změnách klimatu tedy skutečně vidíme stopy lidského vlivu (human fingerprint). Ken byl miláček Greenpeace: Joe Palmissano, který zastupoval firmu Enron při jednáních o Kyotském protokolu, odtamtud napsal takovéto hlášení:"V Kyotu jsem měl tři přednášky a převzal jsem tři ocenění pro firmu Enron. Moje projevy se týkaly obchodu s emisemi, efektivity paliv, obnovitelných zdrojů a role byznysu v podpoře čistých energií. Climate Institute udělil firmě Enron a jejímu řediteli Kenu Layovi ocenění za to, co děláme pro podporu čistých energií jako řešení klimatické změny."

Ken je totiž jedním z autorů systému obchodování s emisními povolenkami (cap-n-trade). Za presidenta Clintona byl členem Clintonovy "Rady pro udržitelný rozvoj" (Council on Sustainable Development"). Tj. byl Clintonovým poradcem v době Kyota.
Nejznámější finanční defraudant ( Enron)USA jako otec systému obchodování s CO2 povolenkami. Enron tehdy lobboval pro cap-n-trade. Proč "zlá" energetické firmy (Big Oil), které stojí proti přírodě, jak nám to líčí Greenpeace takto činí?. Již v 90. letech řada energetických korporací vyvíjela různé "alternativní" zdroje. Ale jak je dostat na trh, když jsou zatím technicky nezralé a nekonkurenceschopné? Díky státním dotacím, které se zdůvodní... tím, že se prý blíží konec světa!
Palmissano dále píše: "Enron má skvělou pozici a vztahy s organizacemi jako je Greenpeace, WWF... Ozone Action, Worldwatch... Tyto vztahy bychom měli kultivovat a zpeněžit." Čtete správně. Nikoli klimaskeptici, ale Greenpeace má skvělé vztahy s energetickou korporací.

Na Marsu je zima: průměrná teplota je –60 stupňů, kolísání mezi dnem a nocí je 100 stupňů, atmosféra je stokrát řidší než na Zemi, složení je z 95 % CO₂ (to je ten plyn, kterého se snažíme na Zemi tak urputně zbavit), kyslíku je tam 0,13%. Znamená to, že na Marsu lze žít jen uvnitř habitatů, umělých domů – ven jen ve skafandrech. Proti Marsu je život v Antarktidě procházkou: proč tedy nekolonizujeme Antarktidu? (Protože je to stejně nesmyslné, na rozdíl od Marsu se to ale nedá prodat akcionářům).
